i do not understand your language but from what i could understand, your id has been unblocked so all you need to do now is simply try to log in with your password (the same password that you were using to log in the day when your id was blocked)
I will suggest that you do not add email to your id in future but verify your number only as in case you get your pc hach and along with that your email is hach too, hach can easily reset your password and take your id but no hach can access the inbox of your mobile phone
