Notes Backup before formatting your s60


Hi friends, recently I discovered a new trick for symbian s60 phones...
Its about the "Notes" that we use to save in our phone.
As we all know, whenever we format our phones, all important notes get deleted. This is the drawback. In order to solve this problem, I have explore the actual location of the Notes in our phone. Actually, the Notes are saved in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] path.
Open [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] path, there you see afile named as "DBS_101F8878_Notepad" as I have seen in my phone (this file name may vary for different devices). This file is in .dat format which is currently not supported by our phone system. Just copy this file to anywhere in your memory card (use X-Plore to copy). Now rename it to "DBS_101F8878_Notepad.txt" file. Here you go, open this .txt file, these are the Notes you have saved before in your device.


NOTE : You must know how to get access to Private folder of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] drive. For this, apply"open4all.rmp" patch in your RomPatcher in order to get access to sys files/folders.
